Christmas & New Year Delivery Cut-off Dates
To ensure your order is delivered before Christmas, orders must be placed by the following dates:

New Year Orders
Large or High Volume Orders (including vitamins, cosmetics, and personal care items) are expected to arrive between mid to late January due to peak holiday fulfillment volumes.
DISPATCH
Amazon allows you to shop online at your convenience and have your order delivered to your nominated address.
We provide Australia-wide shipping and typically dispatch within 1–2 business days for Prime-eligible items, and 1–3 business days for standard orders. Dispatch and delivery times may vary in peak periods such as public holidays, Christmas, Black Friday, and other promotional periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or the Amazon app, allowing you to track your parcel through the provided link. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear after dispatch, especially if there are issues in transit or if a tracking scan has not been completed.
SHIPPING
All orders are sent using Amazon Logistics, Australia Post, or partnered couriers, and their tracking notifications and time frames will apply once we provide you with the tracking details. Please note that the speed and route of delivery become the responsibility of the Courier once they take possession of your parcel.
Most orders require a signature upon delivery (with Authority to Leave – ATL options available via your Amazon account). If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your order from a nearby pickup point or post office. If both the delivery and collection windows are missed, the parcel will be returned to us (Return to Sender). We will reach out to arrange a resolution. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will proceed with issuing a refund for your order.
LARGE OR HIGH VOLUME PURCHASES
Large or high-volume purchases (including furniture, bulk electronics, and heavy goods) are excluded from free shipping and will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout, based on size, weight, and delivery location.
SHIPPING LOCATION
If your order contains items that cannot be shipped to a P.O. box (e.g., large/heavy items, fragile goods), we will contact you to find an alternative shipping solution. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will automatically process a refund.
We currently do not offer shipping or Click & Collect services outside of Australia (for domestic orders). For international shipping, please refer to Amazon Global Store options where available.
SHIPPING ALERT
We strive to ship your order from the nearest fulfilment centre. Occasionally, depending on stock availability, your order may be split and dispatched from multiple fulfilment centres across Australia. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that all items in your order will arrive together or from your local warehouse.
CLICK & COLLECT
Your Click & Collect order will be sent directly to the Amazon pickup location or partner store you selected at checkout for pickup. Please note that once the order is placed, it cannot be redirected to home delivery or another pickup location. If you realise you’ve made an error in your Click & Collect location, please contact us as soon as possible.

We offer Express shipping (Prime Now/One-Day Delivery) for eligible items in most metro areas, and standard shipping for all other orders. International shipping is available via the Amazon Global Store for eligible products.
